Bookkeeping for Small Business

Course Title Bookkeeping
Course Overview A course on double-entry accounting.  It includes journals, ledgers, trial balance, subsidiary ledgers, petty cash, bank reconciliations, GST accounting, and an overview of preparing end of year reports.  It is a prerequisite to the Computerised Accounting courses.
Certification Gained Completion Certificate
Suitable For Those who what to continue on in an advanced Computerised Accounting Course, or need to know about bookkeeping for business and home use.
Course Duration 8 weeks
Time Allocation 2.5 hrs per week
Prerequisites

Age prerequisite:
Students need to be at least 17 years of age as of the 1 January of the current year.
